Through meditation and journeys, I can help you to connect with your own Divine Energy, your Divine Light which I call your Soul.

We can use meditation, song, dance, being out in nature and our own intuition to connect with our Souls.

We begin with connecting to your Soul energy so that you begin to recognise its flavour and trust that when you want to, you can and will connect whenever you need to.
