Alchemy SoundScapes: Anchoring Heaven on Earth
Alchemy ® Sound Scapes are held on the first and third Saturdays of the month at the Blackheath Quaker Meeting Hall, London SE3 9LL from 7.20pm to 8.30pm.
Places are limited to 10 and cost £30 a person.
Blackheath Quaker Meeting Hall is a lovely space in the heart of Blackheath Village, with a central skylight above, opening up the space to the sky and is perfect for sessions in the round. It has a lovely, quiet and still atmosphere and I really enjoy running retreats and soundscapes there.
A beautiful space to be bathed in the pure crystalline energies of the Alchemy's and their beautiful tones.
I hold the space with Reiki, the Angelic Kingdom of Light and Ascended Ones.
This creates a space where you can receive what you need with joy and grace and also to release whatever does not serve you with ease and comfort.
There is a special offer for July and August: bring a friend and pay £30 for two.

Contraindications and Precautions Relating to Crystal Sound (please contact me if you are unsure whether it is appropriate for you)
- Crystal Sound is unsuitable for people who suffer from epilepsy.
- Crystal Singing Bowl sessions are not advised when one is less than 12 weeks pregnant.
- Crystal Sound may cause discomfort and/or disrupt the function of implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular). Please consult your doctor before attending a Crystal Sound session. I would require your written consent if you choose to attend.
- Crystal Sound is unsuitable for people with severe or clinical mental health problems.
Hearts Song Healing Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao ceremonies are healing, deepening experiences where we work with the medicine and wonder of the Cacao plant. Cacao opens the heart and helps us to move into a more loving and compassionate state, helping us to heal pain and anger.
Working with song, gentle free movement, Angelic Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, Alchemy® Crystal Bowls gong and chime, dive into a heart opening experience and enjoy the power of plant and intention.
I offer Cacao Ceremonies for groups in person and online and also one to one.
The cost for a one to one Cacao Ceremony is £88 and lasts from one and a half to two hours.
Group Cacao Ceremonies run for 2 to 3 hours.
The structure for Cacao ceremonies may follow this structure:
Dedication and Cleansing ceremony to ensure a safe, transmutational space for the ceremony
Charging the cacao together for perfect healing, reconnection to soul and for the journey
Calling in the Angelic energies, Ascended Ones, Star Beings to charge the space and cacao
Honouring the elements and directions
Lighting candles together and taking the cacao together
Free Gentle Dance/Movement and Sounding session: release your woes and welcome in joy! You will wear eye masks so no need to be shy :)

Contraindications and Precautions Relating to Cacao Ceremonies (please contact me if you are unsure whether it is appropriate for you)
- Cacao ceremonies are inappropriate for people who have major cardiac issues. You must consult your doctor before you attend a Cacao Ceremony. I would require your written consent for this. This is because Cacao is a vasodilator and blood pressure can drop quickly, potentially causing complications for people with high blood pressure or serious heart problems.
- If you are on a high doses of anti depressives, or using MAOI based and SSRI type anti-depressants, be cautious. The tyramine and tryptophan that is in cacao, can counteract the medicine, especially in a larger dose. Full Ceremonial Cacao doses (around 30gm) can also cause headaches. People who are on antidepressants must consult their doctor before they attend. I would require your written consent for this.
- For ladies who are in their first trimester of pregnancy a full ceremonial cacao dosage may activate and stimulate your baby. You may want to have a smaller dose of cacao but also consult your doctor before you attend a cacao ceremony. I would require your written consent for this.
