I run Angelic Reiki workshops, my own Crystal Geometry, Angel, Ascended Master, Star Master and Sound workshops as part of MySacredSoulJourney series for people who are looking to strengthen their Soul or Divine connection and tap into their natural healing, intutive, spiritual and creative talents.

I remember when I first started to meditate regularly by myself - I was inspired by weekly meditations Ananda used to lead many years ago. Before attending Ananda's Crystal Workshop I was feeling disconnected with myself, my crystals and felt off. During the workshop Ananda took us all through various processes, some guided meditations and some sound healing techniques. As soon as I arrived I felt instantly relaxed and gradually came into myself during the workshop. She took us on journeys teaching us how to connect with our crystals, merge with them and go on journeys with them. I have never experienced anything like this. The experience was fantastic! I recently participated in Ananda's Inner Child one day workshop, where we learned how to access and tune into the wisdom of the young child that we once were. Ananda kindly organised a delicious assortment of herbal teas, cookies and crystal cleansed spring water, and a sacred space to share and heal, for us.
She opened the session with a beautiful meditation to help us relax into the space. We were guided to open ourselves up to what needed to be said, done, and requested, for the required work to occur. Ananda facilitated lots of guided clearings and healings on us, in between sharing conversations that were vitally revealing.
We also had some fun with selecting and reading oracle cards, and we did rounds of affirming all the things we needed for our inner child and ourselves to feel happy, secure and loved. It felt like the group were invoking positive things into the space for each other which felt very heart-warming.
Ananda was wonderfully perceptive to the energies that were arising within us and knew what tones and words needed to be sung, what instruments needed to be sounded, and when and how to support people physically.
I myself experienced energetic releases by way of feeling some resentment, some confusion, some curiosity, physical sensations inside, and lots of tears full of motherly compassion. I very much enjoyed the singing and toning we did in a circle, where I experienced an energetic shift having followed my intuition to visualising myself painting two spirals. The spirals morphed into two spheres that reminded me of an old painful situation that I had never shared and embraced fully. Toning to the two spheres enabled me to release energies specific to two traumatic life events.
The way Ananda held such a sense of grounded strength gave me the courage to search, sense, look, feel, accept, love, and release. I feel that Ananda's warmth, energy, strength, responsible spontaneity, and playfulness are her assets, and they're mighty useful for transformative deep inner child work. We also did some tapping to reassure our inner child that we have complete unconditional love for them.
Me, I felt the energy of anger as an expression of love for my inner child. My inner child needed strength and protection now since she had been hurt a lot in the past, and that energy had finally arisen to be made conscious. Being true and responsive to what came up for me, Ananda led us all in another round of tapping to acknowledge the anger energy I felt, which helped to send it love and reassurance. I felt safe in the rhythm of the session which ebbed and flowed so beautifully thanks to the angelic kingdom, our soul families, and to Ananda.
I have had the privilege of having several healing sessions with Ananda of the last few years, and I have taken all 4 modules of the Angelic Reiki course under her facilitation. She has a natural ability to bring lots of love and light into her work. I learn so much about my true Self under Ananda's guidance, every time. To be so trusting and receptive to the unseen forces is something Ananda has cultivated to a high degree in all her services. It is truly something you would need to give yourself permission to experience, for yourself.

I taught my first yoga workshop with my friend which went really well. Much better than I thought and we received positive feedback. We are now planning a New Year intention-setting workshop.
Also I went to a kundalini yoga class yesterday and it grounded me spiritually. I have not had that since India in January and I left elated, cleansed, inspired and like I was floating! I saw purple traces in my third eye when I was meditating in the class and I'm now going to evolve my New Year class around some of the class. And I am going to learn kundalini yoga and have a soft plan to do teacher training in Costa Rica next January if nothing else tells me otherwise! So all good stuff.
I feel connected again and will keep growing that feeling as it is absolutely what I needed. So hope you like my update and I hope you are inspiring people as much as you have me!

Many times in my life I felt there was an invisible veil between me and things I wanted to create. It didn’t matter how hard I tried to change my life I was always ending up at the same place. I chose to have a reading with Ananda, because her energy is sublime, clear and loving. I just knew she'd be great for me and that's just how it worked. No time was wasted with repetition, which is something that matters to me. She received lots of information from the cards and pyschically. I wanted to wait some time till I wrote this, because I wanted to see how the session bore out - how the messages would be seen in my life. I had a healing session with Ananda, and I have to say the energy field and vibrations felt from her healing session blew me away, I was able to see more clearly through my third eye it became multi-dimensional …I could feel the waves so strongly and so powerfully, at the time I was going through a current health issue which had me feeling so unwell for weeks and in physical pain, after Ananda’s session it had completely gone. Ananda’s Crystal Geometry workshop was the perfect introduction to the knowledge of crystals – something of which I was new to. I really got to experience the energy of the 7th Cosmic Ray using the purple stones, many of which were amethysts. Ananda had used an amazing collection of purple stones (probably of which I would never experience in such large amounts again) and had arranged them into formations using sacred geometry. This formation acted like a key and allowed me to experience some deep and profoundly moving meditations. Thank you Ananda!

The crystal arrangement was so incredibly beautiful and breathtaking. Pure magic. Like deep inner magic. All of us together it seemed took part into something far greater that ourselves, with so much help and guidance from all these being of pure light. For me it wasn't "a" workshop where I'd go there and learn something and being taught something (which of course I did), it was far greater than that. It was an intimate participation into something out of this world and somehow my tiny being being there with you both was helping making the process happen. I don't know how (thinking of course of the power of the crystals and the arrangement you created…) which was like a big key/portal). Except that I had to keep with it, drifting out of it was not an option. I just know it was participating into something really incredible. Like Noelle said, it was really quite incredible that you were able to speak and channel and guide us through this whole thing. That you were able to do both at the same time, participate and talk.
The energy in the place was nothing like I have ever experienced before, very powerful yet very serene.

I had already completed Reiki level 1 and I had been waiting 15 years for the right Reiki Master to teach me so that I may progress in my skills. I

I chose to have a reading with Ananda, because her energy is sublime, clear and loving. I just knew she'd be great for me and that's just how it worked. No time was wasted with repetition, which is something that matters to me. She received lots of information from the cards and pyschically. She brought in angelic energies and suchlike and the energy was very pure - the messages insightful.
I wanted to wait some time till I wrote this, because I wanted to see how the session bore out - how the messages would be seen in my life. Ananda gave good advice and I really enjoyed following through on her suggestions, which were spot on. Of course, there are mysteries still unfolding, but my sense of the efficacy of the reading I had was delightful, magical and practical. I've loved seeing and feeling the echoes of the words she shared with me and they've returned to me many times since.

Ananda’s Crystal Geometry workshop was the perfect introduction to the knowledge of crystals – something of which I was new to. I really got to experience the energy of the 7th Cosmic Ray using the purple stones, many of which were amethysts. Ananda had used an amazing collection of purple stones (probably of which I would never experience in such large amounts again) and had arranged them into formations using sacred geometry. This formation acted like a key and allowed me to experience some deep and profoundly moving meditations. Thank you Ananda!

The crystal arrangement was so incredibly beautiful and breathtaking. Pure magic. Like deep inner magic. All of us together it seemed took part into something far greater that ourselves, with so much help and guidance from all these being of pure light. For me it wasn't "a" workshop where I'd go there and learn something and being taught something (which of course I did), it was far greater than that. It was an intimate participation into something out of this world and somehow my tiny being being there with you both was helping making the process happen. I don't know how (thinking of course of the power of the crystals and the arrangement you created…) which was like a big key/portal). Except that I had to keep with it, drifting out of it was not an option. I just know it was participating into something really incredible. Like Noelle said, it was really quite incredible that you were able to speak and channel and guide us through this whole thing. That you were able to do both at the same time, participate and talk.
The energy in the place was nothing like I have ever experienced before, very powerful yet very serene.
I do feel different now. That's right we have been reborn :-) !!!! And received so many gifts!

I had already completed Reiki level 1 and I had been waiting 15 years for the right Reiki Master to teach me so that I may progress in my skills. I
