What is the Universal Heart?

To me it is the singing, pulsing, dancing, dreaming core of the Universe!
When I connected to the Universal Core today, I heard this from a very playful and at times cheeky source:

No more and no less
We are love unlimited
 
Ever curious
Ever playful
 
You will never find me outside of yourself
So do not bother even trying! Hahaha!
 
For I am in you and you are in me!
Inseparable!
 
Does this make your brain ache?
Good!

For it is through your heart
That you know me
And know truth!
 
That we have always been together
You have only forgotten!
 
Join me to shake everyone up
To remember!

Stuck

Forgetting your heart
Infinite, imaginative, full of dreams and full of hope!
