How to Help your Ancestors, Transmute your Patterns and Help your Descendants too

Celebrating the Ones who are not in incarnation any more.
I recently returned from Malaysia which is where my family live, and I am always reminded of my dad who died around 3 years ago in July.
We are entering the month of October and the celebration of Halloween and Samhain which is the western celebration of the dead.
When we leave our bodies, we  journey through our consciousness which hopefully leads us to where we need to go: other dimensions to receive any healing or further learning: it really is all about evolution.
However, the state of our mind when we pass affects this journey and some can get stuck on this plane if we are still attached to something in this life (hence the story of weighing our hearts against a feather in the Egyptian tradition: are there still attachments we need to deal with), if there is something we still want to complete or it was a traumatic death.
I do a lot of work helping discarnates (people who have left their bodies, you could call them ghosts) when I am working on transmuting properties. Sometimes these discarnates have been stuck on Earth for thousands of years (time is experienced differently) from horrible deaths and it is a great service to do this for them.
It also helps us as their energy can leak into the land, properties, people and animals too and we have enough as it is to work through let alone other people’s thoughts and feelings, especially painful ones.
With Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) and Angelic Reiki we can help those who are not in incarnation any more, whether they are still stuck on the material plane or have gone to the other dimensions for learning, by sending healing to them. This can help with their karmic load and can also help them to move along on their evolutionary journey.
Imagine helping someone from your family who has passed or your ancestors. Imagine clearing obvious negative patterns or traits in your family.
Time is not linear and when our ancestor’s karmic load is relieved, it helps us too as some of it falls to us the descendants, to experience. It can make our lives a little easier and lighter. Some of the challenging issues in your life may be due to your ancestors and not your personal karma.
 
Also just holding them with loving thoughts, would like being a candle in the darkness for them.
 
Here are just some simple steps to help our ancestors or recently departed if you are called:
Light a candle for them and some incense to prepare the space.
Prepare yourself in meditation, centering yourself and clearing your mind.
Ask for the golden dome of protection and transmutation around you, your space and the ones you would work with.
Take yourself into your heart space or your heart chakra, breath love into that space and feel love.
Set the intention that they receive any healing energy they may need: you may or may not have an inkling of what might be needed, just go with your intuition or just set the intention that they are surrounded by love and light. All of this according to their highest good.
Call all your families of light: Angels, Light Beings, Ascended Ones, Spirit Animal guides
If you practice Reiki, you can bring them to mind or just think of them with unconditional love and acceptance and surround them with this energy and universal energy.
If like me you practice SRT, I work with the charts to clear and transmute whatever it is which comes up for them.
You can hold the space for them for as long as you feel you need to and you can do this over several days too if you like or perhaps one day and one session would suffice: just go with your intuition.
Thank them for receiving the healing energies and love.
Thank all the Families of Light and helping spirits for holding space and sending healing.
Disconnect from them all: ask the Light Beings to return from whence they came sending them love for all the healing they have brought.
Thank the deceased and ancestors for all their work and support in our lives, ask them to also return to the most optimum place and you can imagine a beautiful gold bubble (or any other colour) surrounding them as they leave.
Create a separate gold or other coloured bubble around yourself and affirm that you are completely disconnected from them through all space, time, dimensions and universes.
