Dealing with doubt!

This month, I have really felt the need to be truly who I am instead of hiding away in the shadows using the excuse of not being “good enough”!
Our formative years really influence how we feel about ourselves and our worth. These thoughts can be so insidious, lying in the subconscious, yet affecting what we do and how we feel.
I do not always feel like this, but it comes occasionally, when I am upset or when things have not quite turned out the way I expected them to: I realise that these situations require me to trust and practise detachment (sometimes pretty hard!).

It is really worth working on loving and accepting these thoughts and feelings thus rendering them obsolete!
